9. Winemakers’ Gala with Big Bottle Party
and Winemakers’ Dinner
on 5th December 2024

We’re delighted to announce that we’ll be hosting our 9th Winemakers’ Gala on December 5th 2024, during which outstanding winemakers will be showcasing exquisite wines from magnums and jeroboams. Kicking things off in grand Vive la France style, two icons will set the tone for the night – the Champagne producer Charles Heidsieck promises a sparkling highlight with their Blanc de Blancs from a magnum, and Maison Louis Jadot will be following with their Gevrey-Chambertin Lavaux Saint-Jacques Pinot Noir from 2018, likewise from a magnum. A sensational start to the evening! Albert Gesellmann, acclaimed winemaker from Burgenland, is presenting his exceptional 2002 “G” from a jeroboam – a rare delicacy. The esteemed winery Ökonomierat Rebholz from Germany’s Palatinate region is showcasing its Ganzhorn Riesling GG from 2011, likewise from a jeroboam – a Riesling in a league of its own. And Barolo lovers will rejoice with the 1999 Bric del Fiasc served from a magnum—a treasure from the last century.

To complement these exceptional wines, Jakob Strolz and his team will create an exquisite five-course dinner, each dish designed to set off the unique flavours and nuances of the wines to ensure heady indulgence for all the senses. Guest can look forward to a truly special evening filled with extraordinary wines, outstanding cuisine and engaging conversation with likeminded connoisseurs.
