Dear guests, dear friends of the Schmelzhof!

On the 4th December we began an exceptionally special winter season. After all the hard work and dedication that has flowed into the largest renovation in the history of our house, we were extremely curious about how our guests would react to the new Schmelzhof.

Almost five months later we delightfully look back on a wonderfully successful winter season. The many incredible reactions have surpassed even our expectations and now it is time for us to say THANK YOU! Thank-you to all our loyal guests who so positively accepted the new and recently completed renovations. Thank-you to our new guests, whom we have had the pleasure to meet and get to know and who had placed their trust in us. Thank-you to our dedicated co-workers whom have done a fabulous job. Thank you also to our sons Arthur and Jakob for all their ongoing support.

We knew the importance of having a spacious Wellness area, but that the new Schmelzhof spa would become such a runaway success has caught us totally by surprise so that we will continue to focus on this particular area. This season was a valuable learning phase for all of us, with many new and exciting concepts being developed for the coming year, which we look forward to with great anticipation.
