This winter, we’re also offering our resident guests an extensive lunch menu with a truly tempting choice of dishes. From the classic Wiener Schnitzel to sea bass in a salt crust, you can select from a wide range of delicious options. Our Head Chef and his team have come up with some superb culinary creations. And by the way, we have decided, once again with your safety in mind, to waive our usual closing day. On Tuesdays we’re offering a snack menu at lunchtime and, in the evening, you can choose between cheese fondue, raclette or a mouth-watering pasta dish – so you don’t have to worry about booking a table in one of the local restaurants. This winter, moreover, only resident guests are permitted to dine here at the Schmelzhof, since the safety and health of our guests is our top priority.
