From homemade apricot jam using fruit from Austria’s Wachau region, to fresh milk and yoghurt, to warm, crusty rolls from the village baker – even at breakfast, we offer our guests only the best and the quality of our products takes top priority -a fact which our guests appreciate.
In the evening our guests have the choice of three multiple-course menus, with fish, meat or vegetarian dishes. Our head chef and his team combine their skills and innovative ideas to create mouth-watering culinary delights. The ingredients, including herbs grown in Gitti’s own permaculture raised bed, are all hand-selected. At the Schmelzhof we leave nothing to chance.
