    By car

    The Hotel Schmelzhof is easy to reach by car. Our location plan, which you can download as a PDF and print out, shows an overview of how to get here. During the winter months, please check the up-to-date road conditions and ensure that your car is equipped appropriately. At times snow chains are compulsory. You can also map your travel route here using the Google Maps route planner.

    By rail

    The train station in Langen am Arlberg is easy to reach whether you’re coming from the direction of Innsbruck, Zurich or Lindau. From there you can continue your journey using the “Postbus” public bus.

    By air

    The closest international airports are Altenrhein (100 km), Innsbruck (120 km), Memmingen (170 km), Zurich (200 km) and Munich (330 km).

    Schmelzhof guests charge at no cost

    More and more guests are coming to the Schmelzhof in electric cars. Together with our partner ‘Porsche Charging’ we have reacted to this new situation and have had two high-speed charging points installed. We decided to extend the deal that came with this – that e-Porsche drivers can charge for free – to enable all Schmelzhof guests who arrive by electric car to charge their vehicle – be it an e-Golf, a Zoe, a Tesla or another make – at no cost. This offer naturally also applies to evening guests dining in our à la carte restaurant Gittis Esszimmer.
